Please follow these steps to get a new password:

  1. Enter your login ID in the box.
  2. Your primary email address will be displayed, with the first 4 characters masked out.
  3. If the email is not valid or you cannot access the email account, then please cancel this form and contact the SunocoNet Help Desk at 866-780-1786 to have your password reset.
  4. If the email is correct, then click the Submit button.
  5. An email will be sent directly to your address containing a link.
  6. After receiving the email, open the message and click on the link. The link will expire 24 hours after it was sent.
  7. The link will open a web page where you will need to answer your security question.
  8. You will be able to change your password after correctly answering the security question.
  9. The new password will replace your old password, and will immediately be valid for use. It will not be a temporary password.
  10. Then login to the portal using your new password.
  11. This entire process is expected to take less than 5 minutes and allow you to gain immediate access to the portal without needing to make any phone calls.
